Scars have the strange ability to remind us that our past is real. Yes you will forever bear the marks of sadness, of loss, but bear them knowing that they are the tethers which bind you to the beautiful memories if a past life. They remind us that what we felt, what we experienced did in fact exist. was tangible. Is real. Don’t hide them love, wear them with pride and allow their glory to guide you down the new path you are preparing to embark on. They will not fade, they will not allow you to forget. So embrace them.
